I suggest in the next patch if snipe is modified or nerfed that we allow 1 per team. Also better server settings are coming so we can disable weapons like fractals!

HiRezAPC said the next patch would be coming in the early hours of Thursday Dec. 6, but no changes/additions to the Admin functions were to be included. He did express hope that we would try his Custom Server .ini settings that change gameplay ... I think he mentioned heavier gravity, 5x's more jet power and a few other things. I think we ought to try it on the CYGNUS server.

I've set up the CYGNUS T:A server for 'Accelerated' physics gameplay.

I tried it out for a short while this morning and found it surprisingly and I must say pleasantly similar to T2 Classic physics. I'm sure it will be the main source of debate in the days ahead.

Also, with the Dec. 6 patch, we can ban specific weapons in a class. Many changes to weapons and belt items took place with this patch, so I decided to remove the ban on classes so we can test all the shtff before we finalize which weapons, belt items, etc. that we want banned on the server.

Please let me know what you think about the new physics and weapons changes and your preferences for settings on the server.

Should use new physics in Mixer while we keep old physics for tournament.

We tried them out last night. It was a little too much so we reverted back to normal physics.

The CYGNUS server is set up with Accelerated Physics (as per Tasadar1's request), and everything available for all classes. I am waiting to get feedback from everyone on which weapons to ban.
